Job description

In this Business Development job in London, you’ll be working directly with the co-founder and Head of Sales and entirely focused on expanding our client’s valuable network. You will be tasked with winning new business, converting enquiries and managing an existing client base. This role will require someone with excellent communications skills and a drive to maximise their earnings. You will ideally be experienced in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

In this Sales opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Skilfully engage and qualify prospective clients - both in-house marketing managers and agency owners
  • Engage with prospects to ultimately book demos to grow sales pipeline
  • Follow-up on both outreach and inbound leads
  • Maintain CRM, documentation and admin to the highest quality
  • Skilfully chase prospective clients.
  • Maintain detailed admin, documentation and analysis of leads in Active Campaign.
  • Engage with prospects (Marketing Managers, Business & Agency Owners) and articulate the product in an effective manner.
  • Conduct discovery with prospects to evaluate pain points.
  • Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects.

Job Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree from a recognised university
  • Commercial experience in sales a plus but not essential
  • You are extremely ambitious
  • Excellent communication skills - you know how to build rapport with anyone and everyone
  • You are resilient and enjoy the challenges that entrepreneurial environments present
  • Growth mindset; not afraid to try new approaches, turning mistakes or failures into a learning opportunity
