Job description - Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities - Business Development Executive

In this Client Relationship graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Research identified personas for outbound campaigns
  • Meet defined targets and attended new business appointments per month
  • Find and qualify new opportunities for future sales development
  • Maintain pre-defined activity levels in terms of outbound dials, time on phone and conversations with decision-makers
  • To field incoming enquiries for the Core team, pass them to the appropriate account manager by rota, and ensure there is feedback for each in the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Update, cleanse and maintain the CRM system accurately with information on all conversations and opportunities (HubSpot)
  • Other tasks allocated by the Manager
  • Provide client feedback to the Manager

Job requirements - Business Development Executive

  • A 2.1 degree from university
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • An interest in the tech sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great eye for detail and a self-starter who takes initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
