In this Account Manager position, you will be joining one of London’s leading digital media agencies, which has an expert team made up of strategists, analysts, planners, and buyers. Working across TV, digital, outdoor, and mobile, their client portfolio is made up of several well-known charities, global publishers, financial services firms, and not-for-profits, including UNICEF, David Lloyd, British Heart Foundation, Flight Centre & WaterAid.

Key responsibilities - Account Manager

In this Senior Advertising Account Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working across Paid Search primarily, alongside Social & Display
  • Taking ownership of digital campaigns, including campaign builds, optimisations, and management
  • You will be responsible for delivering on account targets and driving growth
  • Creating a holistic search strategy integrated with SEO
  • Management of audience tactics and creative testing
  • Producing cross-channel weekly reports for client campaigns
  • Updating and maintaining the online reporting system
  • Client facing responsibilities, including taking ownership of regular updates and strategy calls
  • Maximising on account opportunities and growth
  • Training, developing and line managing a Digital Account Executive who will support your deliverance of the above

Job requirements - Account Manager

  • A strong media background with developed experience in hands-on campaign implementation and management
  • Advanced experience with AdWords and Microsoft Search Ads
  • Media agency experience is ideal
  • Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
  • Experience in running performance / direct response campaigns
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • The ability to manage a direct report efficiently and contribute to training and development - people management experience preferred
  • Relishes problem-solving and is a proactive self-starter
  • Energetic, determined, and proactive
  • Works well under pressure and can balance multiple workstreams
  • Experience with tools such as, SEMrush, Prisma is beneficial
