In this Junior Project Manager job, you will be joining the London office of an international market research consultancy who work within the healthcare industry. With a wealth of positive client reviews, they specialise in qualitative fieldwork, and are renowned for conducting studies globally. They draw on their own wide-reaching and well-established global opinion pool including key opinion leaders, payers, patients and hard to reach low-incidence respondents.

Job Description

In this Graduate Project Manager job, you will gain invaluable exposure and training in all facets of the business. This will include managing client relations, attending and responding to client briefs, as well as planning and organising qualitative fieldwork that is taking place all around the world. You will need to be simultaneously personable and professional, as you will be working closely with several senior members of staff, and generally assisting the team with all matters.

Key Responsibilities

In this Project Coordinator job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing international healthcare studies
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Helping to develop the growth and future direction of the company
  • Liaising with recruiters, moderators, translators, venues, and report writers
  • Managing project budgets to ensure profitability
  • Providing client updates
  • Managing and meeting client expectations at all levels
  • Assisting in growth, management and training of supplier / freelancer resources

Requirements of the job

  • A 2.1 from a good university
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A desire to work within market research
  • Prior experience within a commercial setting
  • Good relationship-building and presentation skills
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to all aspects of the business
