Job description

In this PR & Marketing Assistant graduate job, you will be working within a tight-knit team of the business, that primarily focuses on companies in the tech sector. Supporting the Account Manager, you’ll be assisting with the delivery of client work; including reporting and administration, as well as helping to plan and co-ordinate events. You will need to be simultaneously personable and professional, as you’ll be working internally with different teams, and with a number of high-profile clients, from huge FinTech companies to exciting EdTech & MedTech startups, to deliver exceptional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

In this PR Assistant job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Full training will be provided, and you will be expected to learn quickly, becoming an integral part of the team within months. Your role will consist of:
  • 75% client service support: supporting account teams in the delivery of client work, including PR, search, social content and inbound campaigns.
  • 10% marketing management: using your newly-developed skills to support in the roll-out of the company’s own integrated marketing strategy, including website management, running campaigns on HubSpot, database maintenance, event planning and coordination and assisting in direct marketing campaigns.
  • 15% account admin: including updating client reports, planning for meetings, etc

Job Requirements

  • A 2:1 from University
  • Have a keen interest in B2B industries (their clients are exciting technology companies that are revolutionising the industries they work in).
  • Are interested in PR, search, social, content and video – we use all these channels to help companies grow.
  • Are keen to become a certified integrated digital expert.
  • Love technology.
  • Have enviable creative energy that shows through in your great ideas and your unusual approach to problem-solving.
  • Are able to communicate well with clients, anticipate their requirements and deliver exceptional service.
