Job description – Customer Success Manager

This company is looking for a driven customer success person to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. You will work closely with the founder to help refine and improve our customer success processes. You will also coordinate with the product team to bridge the gap between product and customers. Your core responsibility will be working with customers as a trusted consultant and to own customer relationships completely.

Key responsibilities – Customer Success Manager

The key responsibilities in this Customer Success Manager role in London are:

  • Cementing the relationship with new and existing customers
  • Being the lead role in onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals for your accounts.
  • Developing a "consultant" perspective to client communications, questions, and meetings
  • Communicating with the product team regarding feature requests, customer suggestions, bugs
  • Translating customer feedback into specific product requirements.

Job requirements – Customer Success Manager

  • A university degree - 2.1 or higher
  • 1-4 years of customer success experience
  • Relevant experience working with SaaS or other infrastructure technology in the eCommerce space
  • A strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Experience with the Shopify platform
  • Experience with Mixpanel or other product analytics tools
  • Able and willing to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excited by solving problems and taking initiative
