Job description

In this Project Manager role, you can expect a varied position as the company grows, working on several products simultaneously and taking lead on the internal processes. You will need to identify any inefficiencies with project plans and work with internal teams solves these. You will use your technical knowledge to present reviewed data and projects to the sales team, in preparation for client delivery. You will have the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and complex computer systems, learning new technologies as you go. This Delivery Manager role with suit a proactive team player with a love for all things tech.

Key responsibilities

In this Delivery Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing internal teams to ensure optimal product delivery
  • Improving the productivity of the technical teams by removing all possible obstacles to progress
  • Reviewing data/products and reporting findings back to the sales team
  • Advising clients on solutions for technical queries/problems they have
  • Identify configuration/product inefficiencies and actively manage the implementation of solutions
  • Assisting with all sides of the business when needed, as you’ll be working with all internal teams you'll be expected to get stuck in!

Job requirements

  • You will come from a strong technical background and feel comfortable discussing complex technologies
  • You are a natural leader, pro-active and able to manage a team
  • Experience working on API projects/delivery, and a firm understanding of what APIs do and how they can benefit clients
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills, you work well with others and can build rapport quickly
  • You are comfortable with quickly changing priorities and possess a high level of adaptability and flexibility
