Job Description

In this Implementation Manager job in London, we are looking for an experienced consultant to implement the Intercom solution across the company platform. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Customer Success and will be responsible for the successful roll out across the business on a global level. Ideally candidates will have previous experience delivering Intercom as a solution. Experience will include developing a variety of bots to improve customer onboarding and reduce the number of support calls.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities in this Software Analyst job in London will be:

  • Analyse the company’s global business requirement
  • Map out a strategy to implement the Intercom solution
  • Project manage phased deliverables
  • Continuously monitor and develop solutions for onboarding and support
  • Define and measure key performance indicators

Job Requirements

  • A 2:1 degree from university (Computer Science and similar are preferred)
  • Keen interest in software technology
  • Prior experience with Intercom software is key
  • Ability to work within a team, as well as managing personal workload across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work to pre-defined deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with colleagues and clients to a high standard
  • Competent use of MS Office software
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
