The worst job I've had

In this Graduate Software Engineer job, you will be joining the company’s London office, where you'll be providing support for the release of new apps into their productivity software. Your role will involve testing new features and managing early releases of programmes, as well as supporting proofs of concepts in various cloud technologies. You will need to have a degree in Computer Science, Maths or Science as well as a great working knowledge of Office 365, as this challenging role will require you to go above and beyond to suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate Software Engineer job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead testing new cloud based apps and features, and working on early releases from Microsoft
  • Consulting and offering technical support on projects and proof of concepts with brands working with Office365
  • Training agencies on best use of technologies.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues with apps, and implementing various technical improves of the product whilst in a project state
  • Supporting both the Head of Support and the Office 365 Technical Lead where possible - helping to analyse, suggest improvements and automation to increase efficiency

  • A minimum of a 2.1 in Maths, Science, Computer Science or an IT related degree
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, Python would be a benefit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
