Key responsibilities – Marketing Administrator

In this Marketing Administrator job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with preparation and production of presentation material and Marketing materials including brochures, letters, posters, and flyers
  • Organising Webinars hosted by Support Tree
  • Organising hosted in-person live events
  • Creating case studies for major projects and new client onboarding
  • Developing and running social media campaigns
  • Producing regular electronic newsletters
  • Maintaining the companies’ website
  • Regular mail campaigns
  • Writing eBooks, writing papers, and press releases
  • Maintaining and updating mailing databases
  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning, and awareness
  • Constantly seeking ways to improve processes and procedures

Job requirements - Marketing Administrator

  • University degree - 2:1 and above (preferable Marketing or communications)
  • A keen interest in IT
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage your own time and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven IT literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships with 3rd parties and partners
  • Accuracy and the ability to deliver to a tight timescale
