Job description

In this Cyber Security Consultant Graduate job, you will work as part of the technical team to handle and react to customers support tickets, liaising with a wide range of clientele and gaining exposure to the technologies and processes in place. From day 1, you will be exposed to different areas of focus where you can gain expertise in certain cyber security protocols, with the aim of taking on more and more responsibility client side.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires the candidate to be close proximity to, and be able to travel to West London, Heathrow.

Key responsibilities

In this Cyber Security Consultant graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to and manage L3 client tickets through to resolution, under the support of a senior security consultant
  • To develop an area of expertise around a number of technologies in order to perform remote and onsite professional services engagements for clients
  • Assist with the management of internal security & general IT support duties
  • Be asked to cover support tickets in areas outside of their core area of experience

Job requirements

In this Graduate Cyber Security Consultant job, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related subject is preferred, ideally a BSc or a technical discipline
  • Evidence of recent self-study in security is expected. You must show passion for cyber security and a career within this sector
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Security+, CEH or other entry level security certification would be advantageous.
