Job Description

In this Technology Account Manager job in London, you will join the rapidly growing tech team. The role will offer exposure to all areas of development, client management, and marketing (and beyond)! You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure clients/developers are getting the best out of the product. Day to day you’ll be communicating with internal and external teams to bring on new business and influence the product roadmap to attract developers.

Key Responsibilities

In this Technical Sales Manager role in London your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the planning, execution and delivery of product strategy
  • Acting as the voice of developers, influencing the product road map
  • Assisting with marketing/product copy/tutorials to optimise usage
  • Lead generation, helping to bring on, and retain new business
  • Helping with software development when required
  • API documentation
  • Website maintenance

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional academic background in a technical discipline eg. Computer Science
  • Educated to PHD level is preferable
  • Experience using Python/Scala/Spark/Java/C++/.net
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fantastic communicator, the ability to express complex information concisely across the business, both internally and externally
