In this graduate Customer Success Executive job, you will be joining an innovative data visualisation platform, which visualises complicated ideas, concepts, or structures. Humans learn and work best through visual means and this product enables them to see rather than simply read or try to analyse complicated information. For example, the platform can build attractive structure diagrams representing M&A, financing, tax, trust or other complex transactions.

Their customers include law firms, accounting firms, and a host of other large financial institutions. They have grown year on year and have more than doubled in size in the past year.

Job description - Customer Success Executive

In this Customer Success Executive job, you will be responsible for relationship management with new clients, onboarding them onto the platform, providing demonstrations and representing the product. You will also keep up good relationships with clients by resolving any incoming queries via emails and calls, and relaying any technical requirements to relevant teams. This is a fantastic stepping stone in the business and you can progress very quickly in the role.

Key responsibilities - Customer Success Executive

The key responsibilities of this customer success opportunity are:

  • Being the first point of contact for incoming queries, primarily over live chat, emails & calls
  • Handle all requests for help with the platform and ensuring a professional and timely response
  • Onboarding clients onto the software and providing learning demonstrations to new clients
  • Representing the business and product with a positive attitude and the highest level of service
  • Developing a foundation of knowledge in technology, LawTech and FinTech
  • Completing training and development
