In this Business Development Executive job, you will be joining one of the fastest-growing FinTech firms in the UK, which is looking to double in size in the next three years. Widely known for its bespoke service and financial expertise, the company currently manages £1 billion worth of assets annually. Job description - Sales Graduate Scheme

In this Sales Associate graduate scheme, you will spend your first 9 months in the Private Client Sales team where you will be using our sales training and hard work to convert our prospective clients to trading customers. To progress in this area, you will need to achieve your targets and demonstrate progression in our client's sales accreditation process. The following 9 months will be in development placements, where you will gain experience in other areas of the business and other businesses in the group. The final 6 months of the programme will see you in the role that you will be developing your career in.

Key responsibilities - Sales Graduate Scheme

In this Business Development job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing trading opportunities with newly registered customers
  • Providing support to customers and prospects
  • Acting as the first point of contact when dealing with existing and prospective client enquiries
  • Helping to develop new business relations with the private client base
  • Ensuring that clients are content with the services provided
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the affiliates in terms of obtaining referrals and prospects, and providing feedback

Job requirements - Sales Graduate Scheme

  • A minimum of a 2.2 degree from university
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Solid organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • A professional manner and great commercial awareness
