Job description

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will be working to build and sustain partnerships with accounting and bookkeeping firms, providing an exceptional level of service and taking care of their needs at all times. On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve you creating and running webinars, conducting calls, organising meetings and presenting at different events. To excel in this role you will need to be business-savvy with an enthusiastic and personable approach – as you’ll be working to sustain productive relationships with partners, and helping to successfully on-board them onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and sustaining fantastic, productive relationships with new partners
  • Creating and running webinars
  • Providing online and in-person demos of the product
  • Developing a deep understanding of accounting and bookkeeping firms
  • Conducting calls and meetings with partners and / or their clients to set them up on the platform
  • Planning, organising and presenting at events with partners
  • Writing collateral for accounting and bookkeeping firms to help them introduce the product and platform to clients
  • Creating and running email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp - both with and to partners
  • Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system for interactions with partners

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 degree from a top university
  • An ambitious individual with a desire to learn and grow
  • Great commercial and business acumen – some commercial work experience would be a huge plus
  • Someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in person and over the phone)
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise
  • A digital dynamo - you will be excited to learn about how to use the platform as a product
