As a graduate Client Services Executive, you will be at the heart of a fast growing business. You will be reporting to the CEO, and will be responsible for ensuring an excellent client experience. You will take ownership of the customer experience, implementing best practice guidelines along the way. You will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to tackle an array of tasks – from putting together webinars, to getting clients set-up with product trials. You will be the first on the team, so you’ll need to be a confident self-starter and can make this role your own!
