As a Client Services Executive, you will be at the heart of a fast-growing business, who work across industries ranging from marketing to recruitment. You will be reporting to the CEO, and will be responsible for ensuring an excellent client experience; taking ownership of the customer experience, and implementing best practice guidelines along the way. You will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to tackle an array of tasks; from putting together webinars, to getting clients set-up with product trials. You will be the first on the team, so you’ll need to be a confident self-starter and can make this role your own!
