Job description

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Client Support. You'll be joining a specialist team who provide guidance and build key professional relationships with clients including affluent individuals, corporates, and members of the luxury sectors. You will be the first port-of-call for incoming client queries and requests, both technical and non-technical; so will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.

Key responsibilities

In this graduate Client Services Executive job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the sales team to offer a dedicated service to global clients
  • Responding to client queries by telephone, email and online chat
  • Providing online platform guidance for new and existing clients
  • Processing new card orders
  • Creating of new accounts and online users
  • Daily reporting from Salesforce

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 or above from a good university
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft software
  • Experience liaising with external clients and counterparts
  • The ability to prioritise and work under pressure while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a high volume, process-driven role
  • An interest in problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Understanding of international banking operations and cash flow management
  • Knowledge of AML and KYC requirements
