They are currently looking for individuals to join three of their flag ship companies specialising within Blockchain product sales into the financial sector.

Job description

In this Business Development Executive graduate job, you will be joining one of three blockchain companies with the aim of accelerating the growth of the business. You will be at the forefront of commercial efforts, and will need to be determined, motivated and resilient. You will be generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective clients and developing your pitching style, ultimately taking charge of your own lead generation campaigns. Your role as a graduate Business Development Executive will be to demonstrate innovative blockchain solutions that add tangible value to clients while filling the pipelines for Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

In this Business Development Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing on new business and signing up new clients to their services
  • Carrying out research into relevant financial markets and building up your own list of outbound relevant leads
  • Managing the lead pipeline/lead generation to ensure consistent prospective leads
  • working with Business Development Manager to book in sales meetings
  • Owning email campaigns and LinkedIn research for new business
  • Developing your pitch structure – being able to uncover prospective clients needs and introduce an innovative solution that adds tangible value
  • Generating interest through = outbound channels e.g. social media, email, telephone to map and understand target organizations and qualify opportunities

Job requirements

  • A highly driven graduate, ideally with a minimum degree result of a 2.1
  • Experience in Business Development, Recruitment or a Sales-based role would be ideal, but is not necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for Blockchain technology or FinTech
  • Grit, determinisation and motivation
  • A self-motivated person who thrives in a start-up environment
  • Someone who is highly target-driven and possess a results-orientated work ethic
  • A creative mindset and keen to explore innovative ways to bring on new business
