Job description – Account Manager
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring clients are making full use of all marketing and products our client has to offer. You will help brokers and owners increase the exposure of their listings and will train new clients on how best to run effective searches using their patented platform. Alongside this you will capture market-critical information that will allow your extensive client list to make informed high impact business decisions.
Key responsibilities – Account Manager
In this Business Development Consultant job, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the growth and contributing to an accurate and complete database of commercial real estate inventory
Conducting daily inbound and outbound phone calls with brokers, developers, investors, and other real estate professionals to understand real-time property and transaction data
Investigating new space listings, lease transactions, building ownership – ensuring this data is recorded and stored accurately
Monitoring client usage of the platform and engaging clients to use their platform in the most effective way
Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients
Acting as a first point of contact for any new clients and supporting the onboarding process
Providing on-going training and support to clients to increase product use and knowledge
Ensuring exceptional service to all clients with a heavy emphasis on personal attention
Job requirements – Account Manager
A BA degree, ideally from a recognised university
Ideally commercial experience in a client focussed role
Confidence working to targets and KPIs
Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with people at all levels of seniority – you can speak to anyone AND everyone
Demonstrate a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry
Strong attention to detail – you can accurately capture and enter data
A genuine interest in Commercial real estate
