Job description

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, you will act as the gateway to the business for all existing and prospective clients. It will be your responsibility to provide quick and efficient help to clients and be the first point of contact for any queries they may have. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be personable, proactive, and a natural problem solver – as you will be expected to go above and beyond for each client you deal with, ensuring that they have the best possible experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Services Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalised responses to clients over email and social media in a considered and timely manner
  • Ensuring that you’re fully clued up on all products listed and informing clients as required
  • Ensuring exchanges and returns are managed efficiently and promptly
  • Going above and beyond for each and every client – personalisation is everything!
  • Suggesting any improvements to their operations processes and procedures
  • Understanding what their client base really want from the product – relaying this information to the wider business

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 from university
  • Some form of commercial experience - marketing or PR experience is a real plus
  • Outstanding communication skills - you can build rapport with everyone!
  • Excellent attention to detail - you’ll be a stickler for detail
  • A can do attitude, which is necessary for a fast-growing startup like this one
  • The ability to remain calm and considered under pressure
  • Zendesk experience would be a bonus
  • A genuine interest in sport and tech innovation
