Having launched in September 2018, they are growing rapidly; and are on the lookout for a graduate Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

Job description

In this Business Development Executive graduate job, you will be driving meetings with key marketing decision makers within the world’s leading brands, both in the UK and the US. With the aim to become the world’s leading voice commerce means this agency delivers high volumes of campaigns on behalf of big-name clients, therefore making new business their life blood. As such, they are on the hunt for a confident and ambitious graduate to drive a high volume of quality leads and set and secure meetings with key marketing decision makers.

Key responsibilities

In this Business Development Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a database of key marketing prospects
  • Agreeing and co-ordinating weekly outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to the database
  • Following up by phone to secure and set meetings with key decision makers
  • Supporting in the development of content to secure these meetings
  • Supporting in the development of content & any necessary pre-work for these meetings
  • Where relevant, helping to develop narratives and sales stories
  • Developing trusting and collaborative relationships with the wider team
  • Supporting the team’s new business efforts; whether that be attending internal pitch meetings or pulling together pitch documents and project evaluations

Job requirements

  • A 2.1 degree from a good university
  • At least 6 months’ prior professional experience
  • Someone looking to kickstart their career in sales, with an interest in lead generation in media innovation in the consumer space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised!
  • A team player who is excited by a start-up environment
  • A confident person, with a proactive spirit
  • Highly motivated to succeed and a tenacious self-starter
  • Someone who is goal-orientated, target-driven and always perseveres
