Job description - HR Administrator

In this HR Administrator role, you will be part of the all-important HR team. Your role will be extremely multifaceted; you will be responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of the recruitment process, payroll, and employee management. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, contributing to the effective running of the organisation. It is essential that you are motivated, driven and excel when working both independently and alongside the wider team.

Key responsibilities - HR Administrator

In this HR Administrator opportunity, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process
  • Supporting the finance team with payroll
  • Producing written notes during meetings
  • Managing the onboarding of new employees
  • Assisting in performance management processes
  • Supporting managers with disciplinary and grievance issues
  • General office admin to the team, attending to incoming communications

Job requirements - HR Administrator

  • A university degree achieving a 2.2 or above
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Previous work experience in an office or administrative environment is essential
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
