Job description – HR Administrator

In this HR Administrator role, you will be essential to the growth of the organisation. You will be responsible for developing a recruitment plan based on business needs, creating campaigns, and writing job adverts.

You will conduct interviews, from initial screenings to the final face-to-face stages, and will manage the development of the recruitment process.

It is essential that you are organised, motivated, and an excellent communicator – you will be playing an integral role in the organisation and supporting the wider team.

Key responsibilities – HR Administrator

In this HR Administrator opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities will include:

  • General office admin to the team, attending to incoming emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Developing a recruitment plan from sourcing to interview stages
  • Supporting potential Service Users, dealing with any queries from all stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Creating recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms including job boards and social media
  • Developing a strong social media presence to attract potential candidates
  • Supporting the finance team to ensure payments and invoices are received
  • Assisting the training department with the registration and processing of new staff

Job requirements – HR Administrator

  • A university degree ideally achieving a 2.1 or above
  • 6 months experience in an HR role
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Interest in Housing, Health, and Social Care
  • Previous work experience in recruitment is a bonus
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
