Job description – Sales Executive

In this Sales Executive position, you will be responsible for attracting new business and closing those accounts. You will bring a passion for sales, enthusiasm, and resilience to ensure that as many teachers and students as possible gain access to their phenomenal product.

It is essential that you are a go-getter, have a passion for the arts and can communicate confidently with new businesses and external stakeholders. But most importantly, that you are looking to join a company that is changing the game, whilst having a lot of fun along the way!

Key responsibilities – Sales Executive

In this Sales Executive position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working the full 360 sales cycle from outbound calling to closing new accounts, including prospecting, and generating leads
  • Selling a product that is pioneering a new transforming era of arts education
  • Managing your own sales territory/zone
  • Increasing market penetration by meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team
  • Communicating with a range of experts within the arts and theatre industry
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders

Job requirements – Sales Executive

  • 2:1 or above from university
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Sales experience is a bonus!
  • A passion for theatre and education
  • Driven and motivated to hit targets
  • Excel when working in a team environment
  • Confident on all Microsoft Office software
