Job description

In this Digital Account Executive job in London, you will be managing the co-ordination and output of our client’s quality courses. You will work closely with film crews, ensuring the very best content is captured for our client’s partnerships. You will need to have a creative eye but a commercial mindset, ensuring the project moves swiftly and within budget. In between course production, you will also support the marketing team to prepare ads and social media campaigns. You will be the kind of person who loves a challenge and getting the best out of everyone you work with!

Key responsibilities

In this Digital Account Executive opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project manage all aspects of your courses production within the agreed project timelines
  • Taking charge of production planning for new courses with your partner base – helping to create content plans, scripts and managing video editing and photography requirements
  • Managing diaries of freelancers for the filming and editing of content. You will be responsible for negotiating budgets and time plans
  • Quality checking all filmed content, making sure it sits within our client’s high standards
  • Ensuring all members of the project have what they need to get their work done to the best of their ability
  • Attending all filming sessions – making sure the day runs smoothly and projects are running on time
  • Campaign set-up, management and optimisation
  • End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative etc. to meet and exceed objectives
  • Planning & strategy development
  • Reporting & insight generation

Job requirements

  • Ideally 6 months plus of commercial experience in digital project or account management, ideally from a creative agency
  • The ability to edit, cut and manage video content - maybe you have your own vlog or have managed video social content for your last employer
  • A 2.1 or above from university, ideally in a creative subject
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be able to understand questions and concepts quickly.
  • A confident project manager, you’re able to ensure results happen but with the upmost tact and people skills
  • Experience using Adobe or Canva
  • In your element when working with people, you love working with others
