Job description - Social Media Account Manager

In this Account Manager role, you’ll be in charge of managing a range of accounts. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with these clients by helping them achieve their goals. Working alongside a close-knit team made up of 3 fellow Account Managers and a Senior Account Manager. However, you will often also collaborate with our organic and in-house design teams. With this Account Manager role comes a heap of opportunities to develop and grow within the business. Key responsibilities - Social Media Account Manager

In this Social Media Marketing Manager opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive management of client relationships, regularly engaging via phone, email, or in-person
  • Working to ensure everything’s delivered to deadlines and in line with your client’s business goals
  • Monthly and weekly reporting of KPI’s; you must have an eye for analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients
  • The briefing and approving of creative to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Setting up and managing Facebook Ad Campaigns

Job requirements - Social Media Account Manager

  • A 2.1 degree in creative or marketing degree
  • 1+ years in a similar role is vital (agency side preferable)
  • Proven experience in nurturing client relationships
  • Fantastic communicator both written and verbal
  • An understanding of both organic, paid social and the wider marketing world
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as contact scheduling tools
  • A self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A naturally creative mind!
