Job description - Paid Social Account Manager

In this Account Manager role, you’ll be in charge of managing a range of paid social accounts. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with these clients by helping them achieve their goals. Working alongside a close-knit team made up of 3 fellow Account Managers and a Senior Account Manager. However, you will often also collaborate with our organic and in-house design teams. With this Account Manager role, comes a heap of opportunities to develop and grow within the business. Key responsibilities - Paid Social Account Manager

In this Paid Social Marketing Manager opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive management of client relationships, regularly engaging via phone, email, or in-person
  • Working to ensure everything’s delivered to deadlines and in line with your client’s business goals
  • Monthly and weekly reporting of KPI’s; you must have an eye for analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients
  • The briefing and approving of creative to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Setting up and managing Facebook Ad Campaigns
  • Advising on strategy and being a key part of client teams

Job requirements - Paid Social Account Manager

  • A 2.1 degree in a STEM discipline or marketing
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an analytical marketing or paid social marketing role
  • Proven experience in nurturing client relationships
  • Fantastic communicator both written and verbal
  • An understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
  • A genuine interest in the industry with a curiosity to learn and develop
  • A self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
