Job description - Marketing Manager

In this Marketing Manager role in London, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future marketing strategy and growing the agency across multiple channels and markets. This role will suit someone who has Digital Marketing experience across content creation, lead generation, social media, CRM management, events, and email marketing. You’ll be expected to take initiative on multiple digital projects at once to take the agency growth to the next level. Key responsibilities - Marketing Manager

In this Digital Marketing Manager opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy; grow the agency through innovative strategies, working closely with the leadership team to get in front of the ideal markets and customers
  • Content; increase engagement by producing regular strategic content (blogs, whitepapers, reports, emails, videos)
  • Social; be the voice of the company! Manage social activity: creative content creation, campaign management, daily maintenance and strategy across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Events; you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the most essential app marketing events and conferences across the globe to grow brand awareness - you can expect the opportunity to travel to various locations: Berlin, Barcelona, and New York to name a few!
  • Website and SEO; you’ll be proficient in using a CMS (preferably WordPress) and Google Analytics, ensuring the website stays optimised whilst leading and reporting SEO efforts to increase organic presence using tools and strategies to accelerate results

Job requirements - Marketing Manager

  • A 2.1 degree from a good university
  • 2 years + experience in an agency or consultancy Marketing experience (mobile would be a real benefit!)
  • Proven track record of lead generation, organic growth, and high performing content production
  • Experience using Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Canva/Photoshop
  • Have a real interest in the world of apps and mobile
  • Fantastic organizational skills
  • Able to challenge and innovate existing processes to drive success
