They’re now looking for a graduate Office Assistant to help with the running of the day-to-day of their fast-paced and fun London HQ!

Job description - Office Assistant

In this Office Assistant/Front of House role, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will work closely with the Event and Office Manager and will ensure clients have a great experience when visiting their space. You’ll need to be proactive and confident and help with the smooth running of the day-to-day busy, fast-paced and fun office environment.

Key responsibilities - Office Assistant

In this Office Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and clients - making sure their first impression of the business is a positive one!
  • Ensuring the office reception area is looking presentable at all time
  • Helping with the general day-to-day running of the office- answering the phone and helping with suppliers
  • Supporting Office and Event Manager and research for events
  • Helping on the day of events
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Assisting in the set up of staff training days
  • General ad hoc duties

Job requirements - Office Assistant

  • A 2.1 degree from university
  • An interest in the creative/design sector!
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Experience in customer service/hospitality is beneficial
  • Passionate about providing high-quality service and experience for clients and visitors
