Job description - Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at this FMCG & Retail Media Agency, it will be key for you to build strong relationships with internal managers and stakeholders using effective communication skills in order to understand the wider business hiring goals & targets. You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, which will include supporting the senior talent team with 360 recruitment duties from screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and building candidate relationships.

Key responsibilities - Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this Talent Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:

• Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and building candidate relationships
• Building internal relationships and regularly updating hiring managers on the status of their vacancies
• Drafting and creating job adverts or descriptions to share internally and externally across the website as well as via additional attraction channels
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate queries regarding interview booking, feedback requests and any other queries related to their recruitment experience
• Managing the recruitment inbox independently, responding to incoming queries from within and outside of the business
• Be responsible for the new starter onboarding process
• Tracking and updating the applicant tracking system across live roles
• Working together with the Culture team to coordinate external posts and increase engagement across platforms

Job requirements - Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Degree educated
• Ideally some experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role
• Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage workload effectively with clear organisation and prioritisation skills
• The ability to build rapport and relationships with ease
• An interest in employer branding and employer presence on social media platforms
