In this Graduate IT Support job, you will be joining one of the world’s leading Hedge Funds. An expert in delivering superior, long-term investment returns, they have been the recipient of multiple industry awards over the years. Based in the heart of West London, this market-leading company have built up a huge and diverse client base over the last 20 years, which includes several of the world’s largest investors.
In this Desktop Support role, you will be trained from the ground up to offer desktop support on all core systems, web services, telephone systems, operating systems, and networking. You will be working with all internal staff (including supporting the online teams), to ensure that client journeys are correctly documented and signposted. Full training will be provided, with a key focus on a good eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to follow direction concisely.
The successful candidate will be based in the London office and required to cover 2 shifts, 09.30 to 17.30, and to 10.00 to 18.00, the latter of these will be the primary shift. In addition, the candidate will be required to take part in some rotating weekday and weekend on call rota from home, and may occasionally need to work weekends. Weekday on call is from 18.00 to 21.15 and weekend on call is from 10.00 to 12.00.
