Job description - Client Services Executive

As a graduate Senior Client Services Executive, you will be at the heart of a fast-growing business. You will be reporting to the CEO, and will be responsible for ensuring an excellent client experience. You will take ownership of the customer experience, implementing best practice guidelines along the way. You will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to tackle an array of tasks – from putting together webinars, to getting clients set-up with product trials. You will be joining a small team, so will be able to see the impact of your work in real time!

Key responsibilities - Client Services Executive

In this Senior Client relations job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line support to any existing clients – prioritising and processing incoming customer queries via webchat, phone, and email
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and within the agreed SLAs
  • Creating relevant ‘best practice’ documentation to distribute with the wider business
  • Supporting the onboarding of key clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers
  • Monitoring and tracking transactions and payments for key clients
  • Raising and tracking tech support tickets, whilst also communicating with customers a clear timeframe
  • Suggesting improvements to internal processes as and when required
  • Involved in the hiring process as the team continues to expand and grow

Job requirements - Client Services Executive

For this Client relationship role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrable Commercial experience in a B2B focussed Client Service role – SAAS is preferred
  • A 2.1 from a top 50 university
  • To be tech-savvy and process driven
  • Confidence in understanding how to maintain the right cadence to prioritise and manage multiple priorities while ensuring customers get a great customer experience
  • Attention to detail and a proven ability to closely follow established processes
  • To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no day is exactly the same!
  • A genuine interest in FinTech
  • A natural communicator who is great at talking to anyone and everyone
