Job description - Operations Analyst

In this Operations Analyst role in London, you will work closely with the founder of the group as well as the Marketing Lead, HR & Hiring Manager, Account Manager and UX Designer on project work across these various functions. This role is suitable for someone with a broad skill set and an appetite to learn how a rapidly scaling business operates. The aim of this role would be to work across multiple facets of the group, increase your understanding and commercial awareness and then specialise and focus on the areas that you find most fulfilling. Key responsibilities - Operations Analyst

In this Operations Analyst graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

    • Research
      • Providing information for Strategy and Business Plans
    • Investor deck review (sometimes they make seed investments)
    • Logistics
      • Helping organise Advisory Boards including deck preparation and follow-up
      • Trip planning (e.g. international trips need visa applications, travel arrangements etc.
    • Marketing
      • Sourcing agents
      • Managing projects such as website builds and evolutions
      • Gathering and reporting marketing performance data
      • Working with design agencies to develop brand guidelines
    • Supplier sourcing
      • Shortlisting options for various tools for example CRM, HR management
    • HR
      • Assisting in the set-up and management of HR systems
      • Managing interview process, contracts, onboarding, recruiter liaison etc.
    • Events organisation
      • Filming days
      • Member events
    • Initiative / Project Management
      • Various projects crop up from time to time – e.g. measuring ESG position and managing implementation of improvement initiatives

Job requirements - Operations Analyst

  • 2:1 from a top University
  • Attention to detail which will enable you to execute projects comprehensively and thoroughly
  • The ability to build rapport with team members across multiple departments
  • A self-starting attitude, with the ability to investigate and understand projects involving various strands of information, from data sets to technical, written information
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to take on information quickly
  • The capability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • An interest in your own personal development and a desire to broaden your knowledge
  • The flexibility to take on change, shifting tasks and priorities when circumstances dictate
  • The will to make a marked impact on the UK innovation landscape
