Job description

In this Graduate Fraud Executive opportunity in London, you will be part of a best-in class team who are on the frontline of fraud prevention (which costs the car insurance industry a whopping 3 billion per year!) You’ll have a huge impact from day one on the businesses' bottom line; responsible for analysing policies, mitigating risk and helping to streamline wider business processes. You’ll be curious by nature, have excellent attention to detail skills and will love the idea of working autonomously.

Key responsibilities

In this Junior Fraud Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Mitigating risk to the company by identifying new and known fraud patterns and trends
  • Proactively spotting patterns in frustrations or hopes of customers and relaying feedback to the team
  • Analysing policies for discrepancies in policy data
  • Helping the company become more efficient by streamlining processes and introducing new technology
  • Analysing policies for discrepancies in policy data
  • Understanding, prioritising and escalating customers’ feedback and feature requests to the product team
  • Ensuring the team are consistently customer-focused and fixated on building the best digital insurer in the world!
  • Building out best-in-class processes

Job requirements

  • A 1st class degree from a top university
  • A problem-solver with a love for investigating ‘why things are the way they are’
  • Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage your time efficiently
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong numerical abilities
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A passion for learning, and continuously developing your skillset
