Job description - Account Manager

In this Sales Account Manager role in London, your role will be varied, and you will have a chance to try your hand at many different parts of the business. Some of the main focuses will be partnership management, data analysis, and process improvement; but as a growing business, they are able to build the role around your strengths and interests.

Key responsibilities - Account Manager

In this Account Manager opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Organisation:

  • You will assist the Account Management team in bringing new clients and partners on board. This includes:
  • Fielding telephone calls and responding to incoming queries
  • Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products
  • Presentation preparation for new partners

Partner Management:

  • Follow-up leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey
  • Onboarding partners onto systems
  • Partner due diligence
  • Preparing and distributing monthly management information to partners

Reporting & Analysing Information:

  • You will use internal systems to analyse trends in sales data and report these back to the Account Management team. This includes:
  • Weekly sales data
  • Conversion ratios at different stages of the client journey
  • Predicted flow and pipeline data
  • Identifying areas for improvement

Job requirements - Account Manager

In this Account Manager role, we're looking for a candidate with:

  • A 2:1 from university (Finance, Economics, Banking & related degrees are a plus!)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A strong communicator, both written and over the phone
  • An analytical mindset
  • An interest in finance and technology
  • Well-presented, confident, and enthusiastic
