Job Description

In Junior Account Executive job in London, you will be joining a newly formed team, so will have a real impact on the department’s performance from day one. You will be responsible for liaising directly with third party drivers who have been involved in accidents with our clients’ customers. You will help to secure claims into their repair network and will ensure drivers are dealt with safely and empathetically. You will be a confident communicator as it is essential that each and every customer have a fantastic experience with you as their representative. As the front-line voice and face of the company, you will be responsible for streamlining the process to increase internal and external efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In this Account Executive graduate job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to third parties who have been involved in accidents with our client’s customers
  • Using an emphatic and strong manner to ascertain the crucial details needed for claims
  • Selling the benefits of using their claims services and helping them to source alternative vehicles or vehicle repairs
  • Using your initiative and the various in-house tools to locate the relevant contact information for the driver
  • Proactively spotting patterns in frustrations or hopes of customers and relaying feedback to the team
  • Helping the company become more efficient by streamlining processes and introducing new technology
  • Understanding, prioritising and escalating customers’ feedback and feature requests to the product team
  • Ensuring the team are consistently customer-focused and fixated on building the best digital insurer in the world!
