Job description

In this graduate Account Executive role in London, you will be joining at a junior level where you will gain excellent access to the blockchain and cryptocurrency markets. You will be supporting the senior sales team to provide an exceptional client experience. Initially focusing on existing clients in an administrative capacity, this role has the opportunity to grow into a new client facing sales lead.

Key responsibilities

In this Client Executive graduate job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with a senior sales lead to learn the sales model & strategy
  • Data Management and reporting
  • Client contract management
  • Document management
  • CRM management
  • Manage sales tracking tools and reporting on information where necessary.
  • Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
  • Review processes and strategically suggest sales process improvements.
  • Administration for the sales team, including meeting management both internally and externally.
  • Supporting the sales team to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Job requirements

  • A degree from university, ideally in something related to the industry
  • Some commercial sales or client facing experience
  • Able to quickly build strong rapport & relationships
  • Keen interest in FinTech (Blockchain & digital assets) & how technology can challenge the status quo of an industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a strong team player as well being able to work on your own initiative
  • Data driven
