Job description - Sales Operations Executive

In this Sales Operations Executive role, your main responsibilities will include assisting the sales process by creating high-quality contracts, proposals, and pitch presentations for the sales team. You will work on collating pre-pitch information for the sales team. This is a fantastic role for someone keen to get their foot in the door at an exciting financial services business. Key responsibilities - Sales Operations Executive

• Assist with the sales process, creating high-quality contracts, proposals, supplementary service schedules, addendums, and pitch presentations for the sales team (often to tight timelines), and assisting with the follow-up once received by the client.
• Assist in the scheduling of meetings, and logistics for any sales meetings, including pitches, results meetings, events etc.
• Assist in the timely collation of pre-pitch information for the sales team to include: gathering shareholder analysis, research company background data from Bloomberg, Thompson, and company websites.
• Prepare documentation for the weekly sales meeting, attending and recording agreed action points to then be disseminated to attendees for follow-up.
• Accurately record prospective client contact details in SalesForce (CRM system), closing new client wins and ensuring that all prospective client activity is captured, so that the integrity of the data is maintained.
• Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of all company meetings for the Global Head of Sales.
• Client outreach, including phone calls and email communication.

Job requirements - Sales Operations Executive

• Minimum six months of administration experience within an office-based environment
• Must have the ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking/adapting where necessary
• Strong academic record
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and strong team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, Word
