Job description - Graduate Sales Executive

The Business Development team is an outbound new business team. They are responsible for sourcing and converting prospective partners to active referring corporate partners who generate leads and income. In this Graduate Sales Executive opportunity your role will be to source, onboard, and activate new partner opportunities in your designated vertical and geography. This is a 2-year graduate scheme where you will receive specialist training and will be fast-tracked to seniority in the business.

Key responsibilities - Graduate Sales Executive

In this Graduate Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving targets, objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Working with leads supplied to you
  • Developing business to business partnerships
  • Onboarding new partners to use the foreign exchange platform and services
  • Prospecting and pipeline management
  • Pitching and proposals
  • Partner management through visits and communications
