Job description - Associate

In this lucrative Banking role, you will be developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporations and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the globe.

Working directly with the companies’ Commercial Director, the role encompasses a hybrid of Business Development and Account Management, building a portfolio and managing relationships with business partners. You will be accelerating the adoption of the businesses’ international banking and FX products.

Key responsibilities – Associate

In this Strategic Partnerships Associate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and maintaining strategic partnerships
  • Sourcing and generating new business through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Proactive Account Management
  • Maintaining a focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed targets
  • Delivering exceptional levels of relationship management and customer service
  • Developing a solid understanding of the financial markets and foreign exchange sectors
  • Exhibiting high levels of professionalism when developing new business contacts

Job requirements - Associate

  • A university degree
  • Flawless communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be highly motivated
  • Finance or sales experience/exposure is a bonus
  • Tenacity, ambition and resilience
  • Excellent telephone manner for speaking with clients over the phone
  • Ability to work well within a tight-knit team
  • Offer insight into further enhancing the smooth running of the company and its reputation
  • Commitment to providing first class customer service
  • Planning, prioritisation and time-management skill
