The team are currently looking for four Client focussed graduates to join their wonderful Support team.

Job description - Client Services Executive

In this Support team Executive job in London, you will be supporting the exciting growth of the company ensuring that they continue to take pride in supporting and delighting both existing and potential customers. Customer service is key in this role as you need to be able to ensure that you are able to go above and beyond wherever you can to ensure that you are delivering a great customer experience. You will be ensuring that every interaction a client has with the platform is enjoyable, acting as the voice for customer centricity and a voice for automation. Communication is key and so it is essential that you are confident with your ability to build relationships with others and have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Please note: Working hours are spread across five days per week, including weekends, in a rotational system. Shifts are 9am – 5.30pm, 11:30am – 8pm or 8am – 4:30pm.

Key responsibilities - Client Services Executive

In this Customer Experience job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with current and potential customers through Intercom and phone to address any queries they have
  • Communicating with customers on any queries that they may have and keeping them fully informed on their account status
  • Interacting with the Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience
  • Interacting with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience
  • Look for ways to go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers happy

Job requirements - Client Services Executive

  • A 2.1 or above from a top university
  • An empathetic mindset
  • A driven and ambitious individual who is looking to build a career at an exciting very-fast growing company
  • Naturally personable and a great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with
  • A genuine love for relationship management!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for startups and technology
