Job description

In this Graduate Client Services Executive role, you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle and work with a wide range of customers both external and internal. The ideal candidate will be an efficient and conscientious person in order to carry out some of the core customer focused tasks for the team, allowing the company to achieve growth and provide a world-class service. The role will initially focus on both internal administrative activities as well as customer facing work to ensure a swift and smooth client journey. This is an exciting time for the business as they look to dominate the current market and diversify into new products and channels. With changing processes and systems, they're looking for a candidate who will succeed in a fast-moving environment whilst staying positive and getting stuck in.

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate Client Services Executive opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Make outbound calls to assigned customers throughout the day to obtain documents and references needed to complete the customer application
  • Effectively manage assigned customer pipeline to ensure high level of customer service and quick customer cycle from sales to funded
  • Manage the customer journey of all deals, post sales, through to a swift decision;
  • Answer incoming sales and other phone calls and emails from customers and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Assist customers with completing applications, gathering documentation and signing our legal contract paperwork
  • Draft, proof and send out legal contract paperwork
  • Liaise closely with all internal teams and partners to obtain any additional information required
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that each customer’s journey is efficient
  • Work with external suppliers to ensure smooth transition through the customer lifecycle and remove any barriers to help deals become funded as quickly and accurately as possible

Job requirements

For this Graduate Client Services Executive role, you will need:

  • A 2.1 degree from university
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing would be desirable but isn’t essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • An interest in the FinTech industry
  • A natural rapport builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
