Job description - Client Services Executive - Czech Speaking

In this Czech-speaking Customer Success job, you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle, and work with a wide range of customers, both external and internal. The ideal candidate will be an efficient and conscientious person to carry out some of the core customer-focused tasks for the team to allow the company to achieve growth in the channel and provide best-in-class service. The role will initially focus on both internal administrative activities and customer-facing contacts to ensure a swift and smooth journey through the lifecycle for customer’s deals. This is an exciting time for the business, as they look to dominate our current market and diversify into new products and channels. With this in mind – you really need to be up for it! Processes and systems will change, the pace will be fast-moving, and we need people who can stay positive and have a smile on their face whilst rolling up the proverbial sleeves and getting stuck in.

Key responsibilities - Client Services Executive - Czech Speaking

In this Customer Services Executive opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the main point of contact for all existing customers
  • Responding to customer queries within set timeframes
  • Monitoring the email inboxes and actioning all emails appropriately
  • Collaborate with other departments to make customer journey quick, positive, and frictionless
  • Meet quality assurance KPIs
  • Uphold call answer rate targets
  • Meet first call resolution targets
  • Follow the complaint resolution process
  • Effectively manage your pipeline and workload
  • Contribute to the NPS score via effective customer issue prevention and resolution
  • Support the Global Partner Manager in preparing presentations and material for monthly business reviews and quarterly steering committees

Job requirements - Client Services Executive - Czech Speaking

For this Customer Success role, you will need:

  • A 2.1 degree from a top university
  • Speak fluent English and Czech
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be desirable but isn’t essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • An interest in the FinTech industry
  • A natural rapport builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
