Job description

In this Operations Administrator job in London, you will join a dynamic and ambitious team, where you will be undertaking a range of short-term operational projects related to clients’ portfolios. You’ll be working closely with regional Client Services Managers and assisting with administrative tasks, easing and improving an award-winning service. You’ll demonstrate meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail in your involvement in daily operational processes and quality assurances. As well as possess softer skills whilst managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this Client Relationship Executive job in London, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out administrative tasks allocated to you accurately and efficiently
  • Managing your workload throughout the day.
  • Adhering to processes and procedures.
  • Quality checking your work to ensure we achieve our goal of “right first time.”
  • Building effective relationships with team members.
  • Building and maintaining mutually-beneficial relationships with colleagues across the company to ensure Clients and Financial Advisers get the best possible service.
  • Ensuring clear and professional communication with key contacts and stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining a focus on getting things right first time and providing a high quality output.
  • Actively participating in remote one-to-one and team meetings.
  • Seeking and providing feedback appropriately.
  • Identifying any ongoing training needs and working with your manager to address them.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice with other team members.

Job Requirements

  • Academic excellence, you will have graduated from university with at least a 2.2
  • Financial educational background is a plus
  • Client facing experience is a plus
  • Relative financial services experience/internship is a plus
  • A genuine interest in Financial services
  • The ability to prioritise a varied workload - you will be confident managing and evaluating your time
  • A confident communicator, you enjoy speaking with anyone and everyone!
  • A can-do and positive attitude - you’re not fazed by commercial targets
  • A real team player, you’re inspired and engaged by collective success
