Job description - Junior Associate

As part of the Junior Associate team based in London, you will be responsible for sourcing experts for client projects to participate in 1:1 telephone consultations, private meetings and other short-term, ad-hoc consulting projects.

Junior Associates help to drive the business model and add value to its client base through close coordination with senior members of the team to fulfil clients’ needs for expert insight.

This entry-level role is focused on targeting, sourcing and screening relevant industry specialists, and scheduling consultations on behalf of the client associates. Typically, driven and hard-working graduates will progress to become a client-facing role within their first 9 months, where you will take the lead on project execution and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities - Junior Associate

• Contacting and pitching to potential new experts, using effective persuasion and negotiation skills in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Setting up consultations - scheduling appointments, organising contracts, and compliance requirements
• Developing and strengthening relationships within the industry professional's network
• Exhibit strong business communication and recruiting skills
• Learn to leverage the platform and network to identify and recruit world-class experts from hundreds of sectors & industries
• Collaborating with others locally and internationally when executing projects, across time zones
• Work closely with sector-specialised managers to deepen existing client relationships through the provision of highly specialised expert insight

• Uncapped commission (average year 1 earnings between £36,000 - £39,000)
