Job description

In this Client Services Night Shift graduate job, you will be in charge of supporting clients by providing technical product support to enhance their overall product and service experience. Utilising your product and application knowledge, you will need to assist a range of clients with technical queries, enabling them to successfully configure, manage and complete their project.

Please note: This position is Monday to Friday, 11pm - 7am.

Key responsibilities

In this Night Shift Client Services Executive job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the production of client content, including troubleshooting technical issues, prioritising requests and verifying quality
  • Capturing client product support requests through internal workflow tools, to ensure excellent user experience and support business metrics and reporting
  • Assisting users in the setup and configuration of tools and features
  • Using product knowledge to provide support to users who are experiencing standard issues; troubleshooting and directly answering user questions to resolve the issues they are experiencing
  • Responding to user queries through various communication channels, including phone and email

Job requirements

For this graduate FinTech job, you'll need:

  • A university degree
  • An interest in the financial sector
  • Strong technical aptitude and learning agility
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) with a secondary language (desirable)
  • Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
