In this Administrative Assistant graduate job, you will be an integral member of the team from day one, assisting the team with essential data handling and systems administration. You will be handling data from a range of sources, and this experience will assist your knowledge and understanding as the role develops. There is potential for this role to move into a research-based role, where you will need to bring together data from a variety of sources, map the market for potential candidates, build charts and keep all databases completely up-to-date. You’ll need to not only have fantastic attention to detail, but be an excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills as you will be expected to assist the team with essential data administration support.

Key responsibilities

In this Administrative Assistant graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking extensive data cleansing in order to renew the database operations system
  • Updating internal records and files
  • Inputting data into the new system to ensure all company records are up to date and accurate
  • Proactively seeking out ways in which to maximise the efficiency of the internal system across the company
  • Taking on any additional ad hoc tasks that may arise, and assisting with wider team functions

  • A good level of education with minimum passes in English and Maths GCSEs
