Key responsibilities – Key Account Manager

In this Key Account Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the primary owner dedicated to a group of clients
  • Build trusted relationships with your clients by becoming a subject matter expert on their business
  • Drive commercial conversations with your clients, searching for ways in which you can deliver more value for them
  • Lead projects to implement/improve processes and solutions that benefit your clients and peers
  • Suggest optimizations and aid in global expansion
  • Provide guidance on topics important to clients such as ESG, Impact, or AI’s methodologies
  • Deliver regular outbound campaigns on new product updates, partnering with Sales Consulting and Sales Enablement resources
  • Understand a portfolio of solutions in order to identify new cross-sale opportunities

Job requirements – Key Account Manager

  • A degree from a top university
  • 4+ years experience in a client-facing, relationship-focused role
  • Additional European languages are a plus but not essential
  • A strategic perspective
  • Communication skills
  • A track record of strong performance
