In this Analyst job in London, you will be joining a digital mental health and wellbeing tech start-up that is using technology as a solution to removing barriers that could prevent someone from accessing the help they need. They pride themselves on providing effective and personalised mental health care via their unique platform which offers information on therapies and wellbeing strategies to manage mental health.

With the core mission to fill a vital gap in mental health provision, they are partnered with over 100 local authorities, charities and mental health trusts and aim to ensure that their users have access to a platform that offers a choice of support to everyone. This exciting start-up are now looking for a compassionate and committed Graduate Analyst to join their fast-paced, growing team!

Job Description - Junior Analyst

In this Junior Analyst opportunity, you will be supporting the corporate development director, analysing commercial data to highlight key insights and presenting these back to senior management, the advisory board and external stakeholders. You will also work closely with the commercial team to optimise the company's sales processes and provide support to them in managing client accounts. The position will enable you to develop a range of skills including sales analysis, project management, and client account management.

Key Responsibilities - Junior Analyst

In this Junior Analyst job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing commercial data to highlight opportunities and risks

  • Supporting the UK and international expansion opportunities
  • Deliver cross-business initiatives and projects
  • Using Salesforce as a pipeline and contract management system

  • Working alongside senior management, advisory board and external stakeholders

  • Delivering cross-business initiatives and projects

  • Working with commercial team leaders in optimising the Company’s sales processes

  • Supporting the commercial team in managing client accounts

  • Helping to manage numerous systems across departments in the organisation
  • Being that ‘go-to’ person for all things data!

Job Requirements - Junior Analyst

  • A 2.1 degree or higher from university, ideally in a technical discipline
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in a data analyst or project management role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong numerical & Excel skillset is a must
  • An ambitious nature and a curiosity to learn and improve new technologies in a growth-focused business
  • An ability to grasp complex problems and the confidence to explain them to key stakeholders
  • A desire to work in a fast-growing scale-up organisation in the health tech / mental health space
  • Previous experience with data analysis tools like tableau is advantageous
